| IMPORTANT NOTICE
CODE OF CONDUCT – RESPECT THE PRAYER MOUNTAIN |

| 1. | The Prayer Mountain is a No Smoking, No Drinking Zone. DO NOT LITTER
|
|
| 2. | Nothing is permitted on the mountain except your bible and items for personal use such as phones, tablets, books ETC
|
|
| 3. | Anyone caught or suspected to be carrying substances or items not allowed will be removed.
|
|
| 4. ` | The Prayer Mountain opens at 6 am and closes at 5 pm for day visitors. Whilst there is no charge to pray – you are encouraged to donate at least R30 which goes towards the upkeep of the mountain.

|
| 5. | Overnight Stays on the Mountain – are only permitted for people who have booked accommodation. | |
| 6. | You are expected to dress respectfully. | |
| 7. | There is no WIFI or TV and very limited cell phone coverage | |
| 8. | No Fires are permitted on the Mountain. | |
| DRESS CODE | ||
| To maintain reverence and respect you are required to dress modestly whilst ensuring that you are comfortable. | ||
| BOOKINGS AND CANCELATIONS- CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS | ||
| STANDARD
AND DELUXE ROOMS |
Only standard and deluxe rooms come with bedding. | |
| single room cancellations can be done up to 72 hours before the confirmed date. admin fee be of 15 percent will be charged. | ||
| Full charge will be levied on all bookings confirmed if not cancelled before 72 hours this includes no show. | ||
| GROUP HALLS AND SHARING UNITS | 50 percent deposit must be paid on group bookings for the rooms to be blocked | |
| Rooms do not come with bedding – must bring own clean bedding and blankets for cold weather | ||
| Group cancellations done less than 7 days to the confirmed date will be charged 50 percent of the total invoice. if done earlier only 20 percent admin will be levied.

| Date changes up to 5 days to the confirmed date will attract a 15% admin fee. the new dates must be within 3 months of the original date, and not fall within the peak season, otherwise may attract additional charges. | ||
| Total confirmed number for the group will be charged in full even if less numbers attend. | ||
| Late check-in (after 7pm) must be pre-arranged | ||
| Catering and catering equipment is not included but can be arranged at and additional cost. | ||
